Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site activities, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure work quality meets project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with project manager for daily progress reports.
Monitor material delivery and site logistics.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE compliance.
Manage site documentation and daily logs.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
6+ years supervisory experience on construction/MEP sites.
Strong knowledge of MEP installation sequences.
UAE experience required; Abu Dhabi preferred.
NOC and driving license preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
